Huge congratulations to our very own Mr. Allen Walton.
We are thrilled to share that Mr. Allen has been recognized as a finalist for custodian of the year! His dedication, hard work, genuine care for a student staff member of Buffalo point make our school shine--literally and figuratively.
Help us cheer him on and thank him for all he does to keep our school safe, clean, and full of Stampede pride.

Congratulations to our 2025-2026 student council. Thank you to all who applied have a great summer.

Thank you, Syracuse fire department for helping us and the school year soaked and happy.

Congratulations to our sixth graders who advance from elementary to junior high. We wish them a fun summer and good luck with the next step of their educational experience.

Kami, a Miss Syracuse contestant, did a supply drive for her project. Buffalo Point got to be the recipient of these community donations. Kami also read and talked with first graders. We appreciate her contributions and it's always fun for our little buffaloes to get the chance to interact with older youth who are strong role models for them.

We're looking for volunteers to help with field day next Wednesday. Use the link to sign up. Thanks.

Our decathlon teams competed today at the district. Our fourth graders got 5th place; fifth graders got 2nd place; and our sixth graders got 1st place. Way to represent!

We held our fourth grade rendezvous. Students got to do everything from making butter to dipping candles to throwing axes and more. Thank you to the teachers and parent volunteers that make events like this possible. Our fourth graders had a good time, learned some things, and behaved so well.

Our first-grade DLI students performed, singing and dancing. We also got to see their artwork displayed. Great job!

Our final group of MVPs for the year! Congratulations to the students of the month for being exceptional in their classes.

Congratulations to our April MVPs! We're proud of these amazing students and the work and character they show.

Our Vex team, the T-Vexz, took 1st place at the State competition (and set the record for the state in skills competition). They are now going on to compete at the world's largest Vex competition. In May, they will be competing with teams from around the world in Texas. They are raising money to help pay for airfare, hotel and registration fees.
Tonight is their fundraiser at the Zupas in Syracuse, from 4-9pm. Be sure to mention you are there for Buffalo Point.
Thanks!

March MVPs. Congratulations to these students of the month. We're so proud of all their efforts.

Thank you to Syracuse PD for helping us through a successful lockdown drill yesterday. They told us that we did the best of any school they've been to this year. That's what we like to hear about our little buffaloes.

Our third-grade DLI readers theater performed this week. Don't they look great?

Check out thismonth's MVPs. These students of the month were selected from each class by their teachers. We're very proud of them.

Salt Contemporary Dance came from an assembly on Monday. They taught students a few principles of dance and then got them moving. It was a great way to start the day and the week.
