Online Required Registration – All Students OPENS July 29th and runs through August 14th

Registration Instructions  

Please follow the  3 steps  below to complete your registration process for the upcoming school year: 

STEP 1: ACCESS YOUR GUARDIAN ACCOUNT 

Access your Guardian Account through myDSD. If you do not have a Guardian Account, please complete the simple step by step directions on the following link:

STEP 2: ELECTRONICALLY SIGN DOCUMENTS (required / PRINTED MATERIAL (if applicable) 

Both guardians and students must sign multiple documents as part of registration. While logged into your myDSD account, on the homepage under Notifications click on YOU HAVE DOCUMENTS THAT NEED YOUR ATTENTION. Open each document, read, and click Accept/Decline at the bottom. (Below is a list of the documents you may see. Use the link provided only if you want a printed copy):

Notice of Non-Discrimination & Policies (Bullying & Hazing Policy) – DSD English - Spanish 
Secondary Acceptable Use Agreement – DSD  English - Spanish   (This must be accepted before a computer will be checked out to the student)
Student Busing Acceptable Use Agreement – DSD (if applicable)

Health Information and Vision Opt Out Form – DSD/SLJH English - Spanish

Device User Agreement – DSD  (This must be accepted before a computer will be checked out to the student)
Discretionary Protection Plan for Electronic Devices – OPTIONAL – DSD - English - Spanish  
- If you choose this optional plan (highly recommended), the required $25 Fee for the Device Protection Plan can be found on myDSD under Optional Fees and must be paid within the first two weeks of the device being issued in order to activate the Plan.

LOCKERS 

All 7th and 8th Grade students will be automatically assigned a locker; however, 9th grade students will need to access the LINK below to request a locker for use. If this is not completed, it will not automatically assign a locker.

Locker assignments will show when schedules become available August 2nd after 3:00pm by going to:

ACADEMICS > REPORTS > BLUE STUDENT INFORMATION BAR, YEAR SCHEDULE & LOCKER INFO.

Optional Forms and Information:

The following forms are required to RETURN to the Front Office (only if applicable) 

Student Information-Registration Form - English - Spanish 
- Used to update change in address, phone numbers, parent's employment information, and add/change emergency contacts. You will need to fill out this form and turn it into the school office.

Guardianship Status Form (7th grade only) English - Spanish 
Immunizations (7th grade only) – BRING IN to Front Office or Counseling Ctr. before the 1st day of school

There are two times throughout the school year when you will need to pay fees: 

FIRST BILLING

Registration Fees & First Semester Class Fees - Posted on or about August 26th, 2024** and due upon billing.

**PLEASE NOTE that individual class fees will not be available to pay on MyDSD until the second week of each semester. We will automatically bill each student for their individual class fees once all class changes are complete. Payment is expected at the time of billing for teachers to be able to purchase the supplies needed for the elective class projects & labs. 

SECOND BILLING

Second Semester Class Fees - Posted on or about January 17th, 2025** and due upon billing.

After paying fees, you may print out a receipt for your records by going to Payment, click on Customer Financial Statement, and select Print option.

School Fee Waivers and Payment Plans: 

If you choose to apply for a Fee Waiver or Payment Plan, the application and documentation must be turned into the main office at the school or by email by August 26th, 2024. Applications submitted after this date will be subject to a non-refundable $10 late fee. - To ensure that no student is denied the opportunity to participate in programs, courses, or activities because of the inability to pay.

School Meals: School Fee Waivers and Free and Reduced Lunch applications are separate applications. If you qualify for both, you must fill out an application for both School Fees Waiver Application AND School Meals Free/Reduced Lunch Application.
